KudoPing helps businesses send review request emails, receive customer feedback, and manage follow-up reminders. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as business name, contact name, email address, login credentials, billing status, sender alias, Google review URL, and reply forwarding email. Businesses may upload customer contact information such as names and email addresses for review request campaigns. Customers may also submit ratings, feedback, and optional contact details through review request links or QR review signs.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the KudoPing service, send review requests and reminders, route private feedback to the business, maintain suppression and unsubscribe records, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
Service Providers
KudoPing uses service providers to operate the product, including email delivery and tracking providers such as Postmark, payment providers such as Stripe, hosting and database providers, and operational tools needed to secure and maintain the service.
Customer Feedback and Email Events
KudoPing may record email delivery, open, click, reply, feedback, QR sign rating, Google redirect, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and suppression events. These records help prevent repeated requests, honor unsubscribe choices, route feedback to businesses, and show businesses the status of review request activity.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate KudoPing, comply with legal requirements, protect the service, or complete transactions requested by a user.
Data Retention
We retain account, campaign, event, billing, and suppression records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Businesses may request deletion of account data subject to operational, legal, and suppression-list requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so users should protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
